- You can request a replacement within 7 days of delivery if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

- To be eligible for a replacement, customers must provide a clear unboxing video.
- The video must:
- Start before opening the package
- Clearly show the sealed package
- Show the entire unboxing process without cuts or edits
- Clearly capture any damage or defect in the product
β Replacement Not Applicable If:
- No unboxing video is provided
- The video is unclear, edited, or incomplete
- Request is made after 7 days of delivery
- Product is damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear
